Life Force and The Imagination

Fantasies. Desires. Needs. We all have them, and for many of us they color the interactions and relationships we have with others (and even ourselves).

The imagination is a powerful tool, so much so that our brains can't differentiate between it and the real world. Some of the most exciting experiences I've had have taken place in dreams or fantasies.

It has been one of the biggest obstacles in regards to containing my life force. I do believe fantasies can be of both lower and higher vibrational natures. Wanting to be dominating and using someone to satisfy us, for example, can be a very enticing desire. When these fantasies are acted out or attempted in the real world, however, will often have negative consequences, whether energetically or physically.

I believe that connection and intimacy should come from a heart-centered connection. Anything less can run the risks of codependency, pregnancy, and mental/emotional conflict. It's clear to see why relationships in the world as they were have been unsuccessful at best, and chaotic at worst. It's for this reason that the twin flame template of relationships has been established on the planet at this time. Anything that is out of alignment in a harmonious union of two will be brought up to the surface to be dealt with.

What I have discovered is that there can be intention or subconscious aspects that can be observed through them. Our subconscious desires can tell us aspects of ourselves that we are denying or sublimating. The ways we act in these fantasies could be an indicator of traits we need to integrate into our daily life or deal with.

The next time you find yourself immersed in playing a scene out in your head, take a step back and observe what is happening. Both your intention and your desire can be an indicator of something that needs to be looked at in your personality or everyday living. If, for example, you find yourself constantly thinking about walking out on your job, ask yourself things such as "What do I not enjoy about my job?", "Am I trying to make a statement to myself or others?", or "What actions can I take to change this situation?".

Observing your thoughts and fantasies in this way will allow you to discover yourself in a new way, and can be an active way to integrate your shadow, work through your emotional triggers, and satisfy your desires without seeking them externally.
